ADU Conversion + Pool

ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) conversion of an existing garage. Minimalist design with white stucco finish, providing a striking contrast against the dark-framed windows and doors. The large openings create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing natural light to flood the interior.

The interior of this ADU combines functionality with modern aesthetics. The open-plan layout integrates the kitchen, living, and sleeping areas, creating a spacious and airy environment. The kitchen features a large central island with white countertops complemented by wood details that add warmth to the space. Carefully integrated soffits and lighting add a sense of volume and space to the open interior.

The outdoor area is carefully designed to extend the living space and encourage outdoor living. The pool with integrated spa, provides a focal point, bordered by green space and a concrete deck for lounging and entertaining. A water feature at the end of the pool adds a sense of tranquility and movement to the space. The pool’s design incorporates a shallow lounging area, ideal for sunbathing or socializing in the water. Lush green hedges surround the perimeter, providing privacy and a natural backdrop, while the wooden deck introduces a warm, organic element to the landscape.
