Wood louvers which break the uniformity of the exterior and serve as a sunshade and privacy screen add warmth and texture, create a dynamic interplay of light and shadow, as well as introde a natural element that harmonizes with the coastal setting.

Located on a sloping site, the house commands a stunning view of the ocean. This modern house emphasizes simplicity, material honesty, and a seamless blend with its natural surroundings.
