Saluté is a remodel of an existing restaurant interior in the Edgemar complex in Santa Monica, CA. The intent here was to transform the existing shell into a comfortable dining and lounge space with a focus on great wine.

Connection to the exterior courtyard was dramatically increased with a big, center-pivot glass door and new private patio area. On the interior, the space was transformed by converting a closed storage room into a full-view wine room with custom-designed laser-cut steel racking. An enomatic wine dispensing system, low seating and soft color pallet complete the experience.
